Organized.

OSIM provides commercial snow and ice management throughout Niagara Region using a structured operating model built around reliability, documentation, and faster return service. For overnight storms, operations generally begin at approximately 2:00 a.m., with dispatch times adjusted when storms arrive later or continue into the morning. Commercial routes are intentionally designed around approximately four-hour service cycles under standard operating conditions, helping crews return sooner during prolonged snowfall, drifting, and high-accumulation events. Service is prioritized according to each property’s site-specific plan, including entrances, exits, main travel lanes, fire routes, accessible areas, sidewalks, loading zones, and all other contracted service areas.

OSIM uses LMN, a snow and landscape management CRM, to organize scheduling, job information, crew time, property notes, photographs, and GPS-confirmed field activity. These records support time-stamped service documentation, storm-response history, commercial references, and clear communication with property managers. As a Great Lakes Management company, OSIM also benefits from shared leadership, staffing, technology, equipment, and backup operational resources while remaining the dedicated company responsible for delivering commercial winter maintenance. Together, controlled route sizes, documented service records, contingency planning, and local accountability form the foundation of OSIM’s reliability.
